Valentino, Valentino and Morsdorf
Monday Jul 20, 2015
Monday Jul 20, 2015
This week, we talk to Christian Valentino, Esquire and ask him everything you have ever wanted to know about the law, but were afraid to ask. If you thought talking about the law was boring, well, you are right! Luckily, we spice it up with a splash of alcohol and a pinch of inappropriate commentary. You'll laugh so hard you'll want to sue (but don't try, we've got great counsel!). So enjoy this weeks episode, and please LIKE US ON FACEBOOK (4 Confessions on A Friday Podcast).

Reb, White and BUTTS!!!
Friday Jul 03, 2015
Friday Jul 03, 2015
This week, we get all saucy with Mike Crean, an accomplished meat smoker. Mike is our tour guide down into the seedy underbelly of competitive BBQ. Nick keeps a running tally of "BBQ Innuendos" and Pete is determined to become a "Meat Sommelier". Who knew that these BBQ competitions were just a way for guys to get out of the house and drink all weekend...oh, wait..we kind of figured that..anyways, sit, back, light off a few bottle rockets and say "Happy Birthday America" while you exercise your freedom to waste 2 hours on this podcast! Enjoy

JUST TALKIN' AGAIN
Thursday Jun 18, 2015
Thursday Jun 18, 2015
This week marks a return from a looong layoff, and Pete and Nick dive in head first to the podcast with a one of the worst (actually BEST!) opening songs they've ever used. It takes a while to shake off the rust, but by the end you will definitely have the same old "I can't wait for this to end" feeling you have come to expect. Nick announces the publication of his new book, Pete talks about how he is fixing his soft stool issue, and....well..... just listen!!

The Lost Episode
Friday May 08, 2015
Friday May 08, 2015
This week, we go into the vaults for an episode that was "never to see the light of day." Not sure why, we just never actually put it up. That is, until we recorded another 2 hour episode the other night but we AGAIN spilled an IPA on the recording equipment, and we lost all of our hard work. So sit back, jump in the waaay back machine with us and remember the frigid deep freeze that was the year...19...oh wait, no this was just from February. Enjoy!

Resting on Our Laurels
Friday Apr 10, 2015
Friday Apr 10, 2015
After a string of highly successful, highly downloaded interviews, Pete and Nick go old-school Pod this week. This episode features just the two of them, awkwardly conversing in the basement bedroom studios. Nick even reads a confession, and Pete gets to dust off the "heavenly Choir" sound effect for it. This week they try their hardest to "Leave you wanting less!!"

The Elvio Experience
Wednesday Mar 25, 2015
Wednesday Mar 25, 2015
This week we are joined by Elvio Fernandes, a local Rochester guy who happens to be a member of the very successful band Daughtry. Elvio talks about his career, shares his origin story (of course we talk about his Rochester band Uncle Plum!), life on the road, how much he loves One Direction, how he hit the big time in the Asian Markets and I drag a piano into the bedroom studios and Nick and I act foolish and try to sing (wouldn't YOU!?!?). Elvio also clearly understands the power that Nick and I wield in the music industry, as he plays two demos he has on his iPhone in hopes of hitting the big time with them. Seriously, HE PLAYS TWO SONGS FROM HIS IPHONE WITH DAUGHTRY SINGING LEAD--and THEY ARE AWESOME!!! Elvio is a true artist, immensely talented and couldn't be a cooler dude. Set aside 2 hours of your life and have a listen to this weeks episode.

The Morning Host After Hours
Wednesday Mar 18, 2015
Wednesday Mar 18, 2015
We are super-lucky to have the beautiful and talented Marianne Sierk in the "Nothing Awkward Studios" for a couple of hours. Marianne is a true rarity, a comedienne with a 401K! We discuss her current gig as co-host on one of the top morning shows here in Rochester, NY and a BUNCH of other stuff: hanging with the Stamos family (and whitewater rafting with the "Full House" crew!), doing gigs in NYC and dropping the ball at the Comedy Store, and her once life time goal of making it in regional theater. Of course, that leads us into discussions on 9/11, The origins of Mt. Dew and a certain couple that LOVES Marianne's stand-up, and may or may not exist.

Dr. Dre in Studio
Thursday Mar 05, 2015
Thursday Mar 05, 2015
We have a real Dr in the house. Dr. Andre McKenzie, author of the Suburban Sellout Chronicles (check it out on FB) is in studio to discuss the trials and tribulations of a born and bred city kid assimilating to the suburban life. To honor the place of Dr. Andre's birth, we drink Brooklyn Lager in Studio, and we definitely fulfill our mission of leaving our listeners wanting less, as again hit the 2 hour mark. Is it odd to wear this like a badge of honor?!?!

Craft Pack of IPA's
Saturday Feb 14, 2015
Saturday Feb 14, 2015
Nick comes bearing the gift of IPA's, and things deteriorate from there! Once again, we hit the "magic" 2 hour mark, and Pete still does not have any favorite things, but Nick has a theory why.

4 Confessions on A Friday: Interview with the Brewer
Thursday Feb 05, 2015
Thursday Feb 05, 2015
Have you ever dreamed of turning your passion...into your profession?? No? Well, do you like beer?? Yes!!! This week we sit down with Andy Cook, owner of Swiftwater Brewing in Rochester, NY. Andy gives us all the details on how he chased his dream and opened Swiftwater. He also brought beer which pretty much makes him one of our favorite people ever. This is a must listen for you dreamers and beer lovers, and really just people of planet Earth. Our only confession this week is that we really don't know S*&t about beer, except we sure love to drink it. CHEERS!!
